Cost of renting varies, depending on the time of year. Ideally, bookings should be made from Saturday to Saturday or if going e.g. for ten days, either arrival or departure should be on a Saturday. When booking is made, a deposit of £50.00 must be paid against possible subsequent cancellation. This will be refunded on return of the keys to the apartment and communal gate after use, provided no damage to furniture, shutters, etc. or breakages are reported by the maid to the local managing agent.
